Joining this class is an invitation to explore the potent depth that unfolds when we turn towards present moment experience with gentle curiosity. At each meeting we will explore mindfulness meditation practices rooted in giving attention to present moment experience without trying to change it. Practices will include both stillness and gentle movement. No registration is required, and it is FREE.
